I need to buy Bitcoin
For adults 18+ who are new to crypto.
- 1Open MoonPayTap “Buy Bitcoin with MoonPay”. It opens MoonPay’s official site in a new tab. Your cart stays saved here.
- 2Sign in and check feesCreate or sign in to your MoonPay account. Review the payment method and fees, and finish any identity check they ask for.
- 3Get Bitcoin into your own walletReceive the Bitcoin in a wallet you own and can send from. Fees, eligibility and timing vary, and crypto transfers usually can’t be reversed.
- 4Come back to this checkoutReturn to eacollectible.com/checkout. Buying Bitcoin does not pay us yet — your order is not paid until you send it to us.
- 5Send BTC to our addressChoose Bitcoin, tap “Continue to payment”, then send the exact BTC amount shown to the address shown, on the Bitcoin network only. Leave room for your wallet’s network fee so the full amount arrives. Don’t send cash or USDC from MoonPay.
- 6Wait for our checkSubmit your transaction ID or a screenshot. Your order shows as pending while our team checks the payment by hand. It is marked paid only after we confirm it on the blockchain.
MoonPay is a separate cryptocurrency purchase service for eligible adults. Fees, identity checks and availability apply. Buying Bitcoin through MoonPay does not automatically pay EA Collectibles.

Which coins do you accept?
Bitcoin. We don’t accept other coins or networks.
Is there a Bitcoin discount?
Yes. Paying with Bitcoin takes 10% off your order automatically at checkout.
Can I pay by card or Apple Pay?
Not on our site. You can use a separate service like MoonPay to buy Bitcoin first, then send that Bitcoin to us.
Does buying Bitcoin on MoonPay pay my order?
No. MoonPay only sells you Bitcoin. Your order is paid only after you send the Bitcoin to the address shown at our checkout and we confirm it.
When is my order marked paid?
Our team checks every payment by hand on the blockchain. Your order stays pending until then. A screenshot or transaction ID helps us find it, but doesn’t mark it paid by itself.
What if I send the wrong amount or network?
Crypto transfers usually can’t be reversed. Always copy the exact amount and address, and use only the network shown. If something went wrong, email support@eacollectible.com with your order number.
